So I've been gone for a minute... but been trolling, to be quite honest.
I'm still such a dA fangirl. From everyone at HQ to every artist.

I'm in Shreveport, LA shooting a new show that i HOPE you will love.
It's called The Gates. And we start airing this summer Sundays at 9pm. on ABC.
We're like Desperate Housewives meets Twilight meets AWESOME. haha! (ok, i'm a leeetle proud).

The Canon 5D Mark II is just one sick ass camera. An SLR that shoots video? ummm... yes plz!
$scir has one, and took +spyed shopping to get his own. They came back, I sat down, and played a song (click to watch vid).

So I was driving around North Hollywood today and almost crashed b/c my best friend and regular deviantwear model~nickofsteele was on a billboard!
Now I knew these were coming, but I forgot!

I can't express my excitement!
dA film has set the bar high. I doubt this will be a youtube. The community will call bullshit on people if they're submitting the film equivalent of a scrap.

Now filmmakers who live outside of LA and NY can really get some attention. Ex:


This is a project my old roommate created. I was lucky enough to be a part of it.
(He has since moved back to the midwest, boo.)
Now he has the platform to find artists who can make this become a graphic novel, and make the film really happen.

If you want to be a part of this, please let him/me know... This could be the a pretty amazing community driven project.

I'm back in LA, and just did a radio interview.

Yesterday was a bit insane. After barely making my pushed back flight from nyc to la, i drove straight to rehearsal for The Vagina Monologues.
I'm pretty honoured to have been asked to be a part ofthis amazing event:

So i'm stuck in NYC... all flights canceled due to maddening rains.
